Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the OnlyAffiliates affiliate program by anyone who takes part in it ("you", "the affiliate").

The platform provides tracking links to OnlyFans creator accounts, letting you earn a commission on the sales they generate.

Access requirements

Signup is open to anyone of legal age, able to prove it on request.

Every application is reviewed and approved manually by the platform before the account is activated. The platform may decline an application without having to justify the decision.

Compensation

The standard commission is 40% for life on paid private media (PPV) and tips generated by the fans an affiliate brings in. A different rate may apply to a given affiliate or to a given creator: the rate that applies to you is shown in your account.

Because the accounts offered on the platform have free subscriptions, no subscription transaction ever takes place, so no commission is paid on subscriptions.

Attribution of a sale

A fan is attached to the first link they click. If the same fan later clicks another affiliate's link, or a link belonging to the platform, the first link clicked keeps the attribution, and therefore the commission, on every future sale from that fan.

Payments

Your commissions unlock 15 days after the sale, and you can withdraw them whenever you want, with no minimum withdrawal amount, unless you are paid directly outside the platform by prior arrangement.

Payment is made by bank transfer, or in USDC or USDT. A crypto withdrawal carries a 4% fee.

Affiliate obligations

The affiliate agrees to follow the program rules, available at any time on their rules page, and accepted before creating a first tracking link.

Suspension and termination

The platform may suspend or terminate an affiliate's access for breach of these terms or of the program rules.

An affiliate may stop participating at any time. Commissions already earned remain due, according to the payment schedule in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, the jurisdiction of AVLF OÜ, the company that publishes the platform.
